Distance: Scenic and challenging 10 mile trail race through beautiful Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve; youth races of 1/4 and 1 mile.
Course: Starting "cross country" style in the Argonne Family Park (in Waterfall Glen), the course quickly enters the Waterfall Glen's crushed limestone main loop. Just before mile 3 is Big Bertha offering a 125 foot climb in a half mile. Split times will be called out at miles 2, 4, 6, 8. Water stations will be located about every 2 miles. USTAF course certified #IL-06016-JW.

Start: Due to the popularity of the race and the constraints of the venue, there will again be a multiple wave start, similar to triathlons. There will be up to 4 coded waves with the elites starting first followed by the rest of the field at 3 minute intervals.

Directions: Take I-55 to the Cass Avenue Exit (#273 South).
Drive south 1.5 miles to the Argonne Family Park. Parking attendants
will be on-site to assist you. Plan to arrive early.
